Enel X and Threefold Energy Partner to Maximise the Value of Commercial Batteries
Enel X and Threefold Energy have partnered to optimise Threefold's commercial battery fleet, aiming to reduce costs for UK businesses and provide more support to the national grid. Enel X will use its virtual power plant platform to manage and optimise battery performance, helping Threefold participate in grid services without additional hardware. This collaboration is expected to enhance energy efficiency and grid reliability, potentially expanding to over 100 megawatts of capacity.
