Greenhalgh, who previously led safeguarding at Manchester City Football Club, brings over 15 years of experience in safeguarding and children's services. His role will focus on enhancing child protection, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering safe environments within Partou's nurseries.

Partou, one of the UK’s leading day nursery providers, has appointed Ryan Greenhalgh as Head of Safeguarding.

He joins from Manchester City Football Club where he led safeguarding strategy and governance across its UK and international operations.

With over 15 years of experience across safeguarding, children’s services and education, Ryan has established an outstanding strong track record in developing safeguarding frameworks, managing complex cases and working in partnership with external agencies.

His career has included roles with several other high-profile organisations such as Barnardo’s and Coram Voice, where he headed services supporting children, young people and families.
