Tunley Environmental Launches ‘Grow Your Impact’ to Help Clients Turn Sustainability Projects into Wider Progress

Tunley Environmental has launched "Grow Your Impact," an initiative to help organisations extend the benefits of their sustainability projects beyond initial completion. The programme includes a Progress Pathway to embed sustainability findings across businesses and a referral rewards scheme to encourage clients to introduce others to Tunley Environmental's services. This initiative aims to address ongoing sustainability challenges and promote broader engagement across supply chains and professional networks.
New Progress Pathway and referral rewards scheme will help organisations build on completed sustainability work, engage their wider value chain and access additional support from Tunley Environmental. Tunley Environmental has launched Grow Your Impact, a new client initiative designed to help organisations get more value from their sustainability projects while encouraging progress across their wider supply chains and professional networks. The initiative combines Tunley Environmental’s new Progress Pathway with a referral rewards scheme, creating a structured next step for clients once a sustainability project, assessment, training programme or other piece of work has been completed. Rather than allowing sustainability work to end with a final report or deliverable, the Progress Pathway encourages organisations to consider how the findings can be put into practice, used commercially and embedded more effectively across the business. Clients can explore support across seven areas: Supply Chain Gap Analysis, Competitor Gap Analysis, Procurement Support, Supplier Engagement, Software Support, Green Marketing Support and Follow-Up Strategy. These pathways are intended to help organisations address common challenges that emerge after sustainability projects, including improving Scope 3 data, engaging suppliers, responding to procurement requirements, communicating environmental progress and managing sustainability information more consistently. The initiative also recognises that sustainability challenges don’t stop at the boundary of a single organisation. Suppliers, procurement teams, customers, partners and group companies may be facing many of the same carbon, reporting, product sustainability and compliance challenges. Through the Grow Your Impact Referral Rewards Scheme, existing clients can introduce organisations within their wider network to Tunley Environmental. If the referral becomes a client, Tunley will plant a fruit tree through its sponsored permaculture agroforestry restoration farm in recognition of the introduction. The referring organisation will also receive a plaque, certificate and regular project updates, alongside their choice of one additional benefit: a Sustainability Maturity Assessment, Competitor Sustainability Analysis, 10% off VerdaMetric sustainability software, or 30 minutes with a Tunley scientist. Ellis Clark, Head of Marketing at Tunley Environmental, said: “A sustainability project should be the beginning of progress, rather than the point at which activity stops. Grow Your Impact gives our clients an improved route for deciding what comes next, whether that means engaging their supply chain, strengthening procurement evidence, improving communications or making sustainability data easier to manage. “We also wanted to recognise clients who help extend that progress beyond their own organisation. If they introduce a supplier, partner or other organisation that needs support, the referral scheme allows us to thank them while creating a wider positive impact.” Grow Your Impact is available to new and existing Tunley Environmental clients now. Editorial insight
Sustainability consultancies are increasingly seeking ways to maintain client engagement beyond the initial delivery of projects, reflecting a broader push for measurable, ongoing environmental progress. Tunley Environmental’s latest initiative aims to address a common challenge for organisations that have completed sustainability assessments or training but struggle to maintain momentum once the initial work is done.
By focusing on practical next steps and encouraging clients to extend sustainability efforts across their supply chains and networks, the initiative is positioned to support organisations facing growing pressure to demonstrate progress on Scope 3 emissions, procurement standards, and supply chain engagement. For many businesses, the ability to embed and communicate sustainability improvements across operations and partners is becoming as important as the original project itself.
